You'll lead projects end-to-end—from concept to execution and operational support—leveraging Project Management and Early Management principles. You'll also define and execute resource strategies and contribute to the development and application of engineering standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage CAPEX projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and execution.Oversee cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Contractors) to deliver engineering solutions.Drive process improvements and manufacturing upgrades through capital initiatives.Develop and maintain site Master Plans and support long-term strategic planning.Apply Early Management and Vertical Start-Up (VSU) methodologies.Ensure compliance with EHS, Food Safety, and Quality standards.Provide technical leadership in equipment design, process optimization, and factory expansions.Perfil del candidatoDegree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Mechatronic Engineering.10+ years of hands-on project management experience in manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and food processing operations.Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.We're seeking a change-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who doesn't just adapt to change but actively seeks it.
