You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and other Designers to ensure our tools provide real value while adhering to industry standards. This role reports to the Product Design Director.ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive interfaces using design libraries.Propose usability improvements, considering user needs and technical constraints.Create mockups, prototypes, and documentation using Figma and internal design libraries.Develop a deep understanding of our design systems to suggest enhancements or new features.Design user interfaces addressing pharmaceutical industry-specific challenges.Manage the entire design process from ideation to post-release review.Collaborate with Engineering for quality implementation and clear documentation.Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency.Use tools like Figma, prototyping software, and Google Suite daily.Qualifications - Must HaveOver 2 years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI).Experience with design libraries, prototyping, and visual/interaction design.Knowledge of responsive design, multi-platform compatibility, and basic HTML/CSS.Ability to manage multiple products with varying scopes and user needs.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Qualifications - Nice to HaveFocus on accessibility and usability.Experience with SaaS in manufacturing environments.Interest in AI's role in future product design and user experience.SkillsHigh attention to detail, creative and analytical problem-solving skills.Comfort with large, complex products and simplifying user experience.Team-oriented, proactive, and communicative.Ownership and accountability for projects.What We OfferGrowth opportunity with a rapidly scaling company.Competitive salary, performance reviews, stock options.Medical & Dental insurance, training, professional development.Flexible schedule, language courses, tech equipment.Monthly team activities.We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment.
