What You'll Do :
* Create and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
* Develop engaging content to attract and retain clients.
* Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and improve future campaigns.
* Collaborate with the team on promotional materials and email campaigns.
* Manage online reputation by responding to comments and inquiries.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep our marketing strategies fresh and effective.
* Assist with organizing events and virtual tours to showcase properties.
* Update and manage content on our website and digital platforms.
What We're Looking For :
* Experience in social media management or marketing, preferably in real estate.
* Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing.
* Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media best practices.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
* Valid EU driver's license.
* Flexibility for occasional evening / weekend work for events.
