PepsiCo Iberia has been recognized as "Top Employers" for 5 years in a row and recently as "Best Place to Work".We are currently looking for a Material Planner (TEMP) for our factory in Burgos to carry out the following tasks:- Perform Foods Materials Planning for all materials portfolio.- Manage and control the weekly supply process to meet the commercial calendar.- Daily management of the cardboard VMI process with Smurfit.**Responsibilities**:- Control of stock to avoid STO and STOCK HIGH.- Daily/Weekly update of all material with JDA.- Weekly call offs to suppliers (create, communicate and record them).- New codes update in JDA.- Weekly local materials review and place orders.- Interaction with internal (manufacturing, mkt, trade, comercial..Etc) and external (suppliers, transport..Etc) departments.- Being involved in different projects with several department may request quick reaction to demands.- Balance different interests from MKT, Sales vs. Supply Chain and Manufacturing where not always are aligned.- Responsible to manage all material in scope (Packaging and Raw Materials). Moves from suppliers to PepsiCo manufacturing site in line with service, inventory and transportation category targets.- Lead weekly Move Planning. Translate production schedule net requirements into optimized materials move.- Lead daily Move Planning supply exceptions and adjustments. Responsible to deliver to PepsiCo all materials in scope on time and in full.- Accountable offor Move supply issue resolution.- Accountable for timely factory stock update (Goods receipts, stock count,).- Monitor and manage factory materials DOH. Ensure total stock remains all time inside targets.- Keep up to date Materials data base, Supply Chain master datas.- Support projects (R&D;, productivity and Prolink).Qualifications:- Background Supply Chain with proven strong thinking problem solving skills.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills to build and sustain a wide range of working relationships across multiple functions/sites.- High knowledge of plant processes.- Solid understanding and technical capability to use integrated planning systems.- Advanced Excel level.- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
