Aernnova strengthening its team of Ocupational Risk Prevention Technician
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
We are looking for a proactive, organized professional with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. We expect you to be able to identify, assess, and control occupational risks, ensuring compliance with current regulations and promoting a true preventive culture at all levels of the organization.
- Identify and assess occupational health and safety risks, proposing the necessary preventive/corrective measures in the annual OHS action plans.
- Carry out preventive activities assigned to the prevention function, as well as those derived from participation in assigned projects.
- Ensure the registration and continuous updating of OHS documentation and information within your scope of responsibility, as required by labor authorities and the company's OHS management system.
- Suspend activities and situations that pose a serious and/or imminent risk to workers' health and safety, immediately informing your superior and the Corporate Prevention Department.
- Propose OHS goals and targets within your scope of responsibility, establish an action plan to achieve them, and evaluate compliance through monitoring and corrective actions when deviations occur.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, with solid knowledge in the three preventive disciplines: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Applied Psychosociology.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar position.
- Valuable: Knowledge as an Environmental Technician.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and propose practical and effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both with operational teams and senior management.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in prevention, health, and workplace well-being.
- Autonomy, as well as the ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
