brThe Security Coordinator for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) will take ownership of the regional safety strategy, working closely with plant managers and operational teams to prevent accidents, reduce risks, and develop a strong safety culture. Reporting directly to the Regional Health Safety Manager, the Security Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring compliance with corporate safety policies and local regulations. Deploy the corporate Safety Management System and safety action programs across the region
brIdentify and analyze risks in collaboration with local teams
brEnsure the strict application of corporate safety standards, such as Life Saving Rules
brOrganize and coordinate Health Safety training for personnel, and pilot internal safety audits
brLead the Iberia safety network and foster the sharing of best practices
brProvide operational support and guidance to site management regarding health and safety topics and during high-risk situations

brExperience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar function, ideally within a multi-site environment
brA Bachelor's degree is required
brFluency in Spanish and professional English are mandatory. French and Portuguese proficiency are highly desired
brStrong mastery of Health Safety practices, including risk analysis, prevention principles, and accident investigation
