Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver exceptional on-tour experiences. This role requires a strong focus on recruitment, training, and development, as well as collaboration with the product team to ensure the achievement of Collette brand standards.
Primary Functions:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy that sources top candidates to support business growth and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve training strategies to meet individual and team needs through various models and on-the-road coaching. Conduct tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with regional teams to enhance tours and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Collaborate Across the Organization: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements, and emergency services protocols.
* Travel: This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
Knowledge and Skills:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
