Your main responsibility
* Control the Food and Beverage cost and outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency; review cost on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and take corrective action where required; actively seeking ways to improve the hotel spending and cost controls.
* Lead the month-end stock-taking for all outlets in the hotel.
* Reconcile PoS sales with outlets’ orders to secure maximum accuracy.
* Support the chefs to ensure all menu recipes and buffets are accurately costed; upload the recipes to ERP and do the mapping with the PoS system.
* Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties, producing on-demand food & beverage control-related reports/recommendations.
* Food & Beverage Costing: working to optimize F&B menus and costs.
Your main qualifications/skills
* Good analytics and reporting skills; high-level attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
* Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel.
* Experience with Accounting System or cost & inventory systems.
* 1 year of experience in a similar position.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant studies desirable; fluent in English.
