Role Purpose
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Global Services and Operations Department. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our organization. This role will provide you with insights into the intricacies of global operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
5. Support the team with data entry, filing, and organizing departmental documents.
6. Conduct basic research and provide summaries for projects and initiatives.
7. Collaborate with team members to support process improvements and efficiency.
8. Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations.
9. Attend team meetings and take notes as required.
10. Provide general support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Requirements and skills:
11. Business level(C1) of English is a must.
12. Native/bilingual level in Dutch/German/French/Italian is a must.
13. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program*
14. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
16. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
17. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
*Your university either has to be based in Spain or has to have an agreement with a university in Spain.
Conditions:
18. Scholarship/Internship contract that could be from 6 to 12 months.
19. 5 days a week from 09:00 to 14:00 at the office.
