Would you like to continue your development as a Cooling Service and Commissioning Engineer in a multinational French company that specializes in energy management and automation?
The Cooling Service Representative is responsible for providing professional on-site services for a range of cooling products produced by the company to its customers, including commissioning, technical on-site analysis, and resolving customer issues.
The role primarily focuses on complex and critical projects, including troubleshooting and on-site support for Cooling Equipment & Systems (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers, CRAC / CRAH units).
Core Activities
1. Perform startup and commissioning on all equipment across the entire cooling product range.
2. Evaluate unit installation, including the quality of pipes within units and the hydraulic circuit for chillers.
3. Assess system installation and operational conditions.
4. Perform onsite adjustments to optimize unit performance.
5. Identify failure causes related to quality, software, or operational issues (Root Cause Analysis).
6. Document, label, and return defective parts for repair or disposal.
7. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling systems.
Requirements
1. Diploma / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of experience in commissioning or field service repair with HVAC or cooling equipment.
3. Experience with precision cooling is a significant advantage.
4. Experience with HVAC, generators, fire detection / suppression systems.
5. Proficiency with software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Acrobat.
6. Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
