✔️ Your role at Cheil: Account Manager e-Retail


✔️ What we are looking for?


Cheil Spain is looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic E-retail department, acting as the key liaison between the client and internal production teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple digital deliverables in fast-paced environments, with a sharp focus on detail, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.


✔️ Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the day-to-day point of contact for E-retail clients, managing ongoing communications and project requests.
* Coordinate and follow up on the production of digital content for various E-retailers (product pages, banners, special campaigns, etc.), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand and retailer guidelines.
* Collaborate closely with internal production teams to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to deadlines.
* Supervise and maintain an accurate count and record of all assets produced by the department.
* Oversee the scope of work (SOW) agreed upon with the client, ensuring proper delivery and identifying deviations or new opportunities.
* Lead internal and client-facing meetings to present creative proposals, timelines, and updates.
* Monitor and document project status and progress through structured reports and tracking tools.
* Proactively identify opportunities to expand the business and provide added value to the client through strategic or creative initiatives.
* Ensure efficient team communication and task distribution within the AM team.
* Support planning and rollout of creative proposals and campaign materials.
* Assist in budget follow-up, estimations, and coordination with finance when necessary.



✔️ Key Skills & requirements:


* 3+ years of experience in digital account management, preferably in retail or e-commerce projects.
* Strong understanding of digital content creation, e-retail environments, and online brand visibility.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Proficient in client communication, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.
* Comfortable working with high volumes of requests and tight deadlines.
* Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
* Skilled in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, task managers (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello), and collaborative platforms.
* Team-oriented attitude and proactive leadership style.


Languages:

* C1 level of English required.
* High or native level of Portuguese is a plus.

🕛Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.

📍We are located in Alcobendas and we have a direct bus service, 100% free, with departures from Plaza Castilla, Chamartín and Nuevos Ministerios to our offices.
