The selected candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new market opportunities, generating qualified leads, and strengthening relationships with strategic partners. This role requires high proactivity, excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the local and international business landscape.
Responsabilidades principales
Research and analyze potential markets to identify new business opportunities and growth niches.
Develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate high-quality qualified leads.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners and key stakeholders.
Actively participate in networking events, conferences and trade fairs to represent the company and expand the contact network.
Present value propositions and customized solutions to prospective clients, tailored to their specific needs.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Negotiate and close commercially beneficial agreements, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products/services and the competitive market.
Prepare detailed reports on business development initiatives progress and the opportunity pipeline.
Identify possible collaborations and strategic alliances that drive the company's growth.
Requisitos del candidato
Demonstrable experience in business development, sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong analytical skills and market research abilities.
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude for opportunity identification.
Knowledge of the business landscape in the Catalonia region.
Fluency in Spanish and advanced English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field highly desirable.
Availability to travel as needed within Spain and occasionally abroad.
