Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading teams to success?
Join our renowned financial services company as a Team Manager for the German market and play a key role in elevating our Customer Service department.
We're looking for a native German speaker with advanced English (C1) and proven experience in customer service and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Performance Monitoring:
Evaluate agent interactions to ensure KPIs are met, offering coaching and guidance to boost performance.
* Data Analysis & Feedback:
Analyze campaign results to provide constructive feedback that empowers agents to reach their targets.
* Customer & Technical Support:
Assist with escalated customer queries and support remote staff with technical issues when needed.
* Reporting:
Prepare and maintain performance reports to ensure continuous and effective monitoring.
* Issue Resolution:
Proactively handle customer requests to enhance overall satisfaction.
* Effective Communication:
Foster seamless communication between agents and customers to optimize service quality.
* Team Leadership:
Use your leadership skills to build team cohesion, motivation, and professional growth.
* Onboarding & Integration:
Support the smooth onboarding of new agents, ensuring a quick and efficient integration into the team.
What We Offer
* Type of Contract:
Permanent (with 2-month probation).
* Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:
00-20:
00 (split shift) + 1 rotating weekday off (regulated).
* Location:
Paseo Imperial 14, 28005 Madrid (Edificio Monday) Or Lehmberg Ruiz 21, Centro District.
* Salary:
€25,000 gross annually.
* Training:
Fully paid, under contract Mon-Thu 9:

Requirements
* Native German speaker.
* Advanced English (C1 minimum).
* Proven experience in customer service and team leadership.
* Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
* Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.
