* Lead construction & refurbishment projects for stores and SIS from briefing to handover.
* Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
* Oversee on‑site works, ensuring quality, timing, and compliance with brand standards.
* Prepare and adapt technical drawings and layouts based on site needs.
* Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost‑efficient solutions.
* Handle required licenses and ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Support maintenance and updates across the retail network.
