Its portfolio includes 2.6 GW (1.3 GW operational and over 1.3 GW ready to build or under construction), with a total development pipeline exceeding 18 GW.
We are looking for a Talent & Organization Transformation Associate to partner with the business at a key stage of growth and transformation.
What will you help with?
* Optimization and continuous improvement of the Talent and Organization Processes
* Enhancing the Employee Value Proposition and overall employee experience
* Translating and implementing initiatives related to development, retention, succession and key talent policies
* Supporting leadership, recognition, and engagement initiatives
* Contributing to employer branding and internal positioning
* Driving cross-functional initiatives linked to culture, equity, and organizational evolution
* Lead the design and execution of organizational effectiveness strategies that improve business performance and enable scalable growth
* Partner with business and managers to assess organizational needs and deliver solutions that align structure, clarify roles and map capabilities
* Champion change management initiatives, developing toolkits and strategies that support adoption and cultural alignment.
What we're looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Master's degree in HR or similar (nice to have)
* Previous experience of 3-4 years in consulting or strategic HR roles
* Experience working with energy sector clients is a plus
* Strong analytical and structuring skills
* Advanced PowerPoint & Excel
* English C1 (mandatory – oral assessment will be part of the process)
