Role As an HR Integration Architect with extensive experience, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing the integration strategy for HR solutions. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient HR integrations that align seamlessly with company\'s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy:
Craft and implement integration strategies that optimize internal processes, ensuring a seamless flow of data and enhancing business processes between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
Solution Design:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to design integration solutions that meet business requirements, adhere to compliance standards, and follow industry best practices.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize your proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to architect, configure (an advantage), and troubleshoot integration points, APIs, and middleware platforms.
Data Mapping and Transformation:
Establish data mapping and transformation rules to maintain data consistency and accuracy across HR systems.
Integration Testing:
Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of integration solutions.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to internal teams and clients, sharing best practices for HR integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Documentation:
Produce detailed documentation of integration designs, configurations, and processes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Specific Knowledge:
Proven experience as an Integration Architect with a specialization in HR systems.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to coordinate and align with various project teams (e.g., CATS, Concur, ECP teams).
Project management skills are advantageous.
Self-motivated and independent.
Specific Experience:
Demonstrated technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to architect, configure (an advantage), and troubleshoot integration points, APIs, and middleware platforms.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate and align with diverse project teams (e.g., CATS, Concur, ECP teams).
Project management skills are a plus.
Self-driven and capable of working independently.
