For the role ofSpecialist Networks Business Support we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The main responsibilities is to ensuretimely and effective business support for Networks VOIS Spain. The role acts as the POC(point of contact) for the internal business customer and Networks VOIS Management,
performing both a role of Networks VOIS Spain “ambassador” towards the customer andcustomer “Voice” towards Networks VOIS Management.
Within the context of the above, the performed tasks include:
* Build a strong relationship with key stakeholders in Networks Spain (HR, IT,Information Security, Corporate Security, Compliance, Legal SCM) and customerside (Vodafone Network, Local markets Group functions)
* Manage the Compliance, Data Protection, Privacy, GDPR processes, BusinessContinuity Plan, Fraud Risk Assessment, Information Corporate Security updates forNetworks Spain, acting as a SPOC (Single Point of contact)
* Monitor, report, manage and escalate (as required) any service quality related issueswith Network VOIS management.
* Support internal Business Process Transformation and cost improvement initiatives.
What you bring
* Has experience in asimilar position in atechnology multinationalcompany
* Is proficient in using theMicrosoft Office suite
* Commercial/Financialgovernance experience
* Strong planning andorganization skills with theability to workindependently and/or in ateam environment
* Detailed oriented
* Analytical and flexiblethinking
* Advanced level of English
