We are looking for:
Currently seeking a proactive, resourceful individual with an interest in growth, following processes, taking risks, accepting responsibilities, and joining our user support team. The candidate should have:
* High proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
* Clear communication skills in both languages.
* Basic computer skills.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Ability to learn and teach software functionalities to users.
* Experience in client interaction via phone and electronic communication.
* Residency in Cantabria or willingness to relocate to Santander.
Responsibilities:
* Assist users in English and German regarding software usage via phone or email.
* Manage calls and emails, record and resolve incidents, inquiries, and requests.
* Draft and translate documents.
* Provide basic training to users on software.
* Plan and organize activities for the department.
* Create help guides, tutorials, and update the website with training materials.
Essential Requirements:
* Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written, at 100% level.
* Clear communication skills in both languages.
* Basic computer knowledge with quick learning ability.
* High resolution capacity and proactive attitude, eager to take on challenges and grow within the company.
Valuable but not mandatory:
* Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French.
* Experience in the horeca sector at an administrative level.
* Knowledge of procurement, sales, and invoicing processes.
