Mission of the Role
Mission of the Role: Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all maintenance activities for internal GPM systems. Support production and engineering by preventing failures, solving breakdowns, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and manage all GPM system maintenance activities.
* Supervise safe execution of tasks according to procedures.
* Coordinate and assign tasks to contractors and external teams.
* Manage maintenance workflows and warehouse operations (EAM, MINISTOCK).
* Ensure proper spare parts and inventory control.
* Facilitate communication between maintenance, production, engineering, and plant management.
* Support new process start-ups with training and technical expertise.
* Investigate incidents and breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, ANDON).
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Provide technical support for the handover of new projects to production.
Requirements
* Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in control systems, IT, or industrial electronics (university degree valued).
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical teams in industrial or electronics environments.
* Strong leadership, teamwork, and change management skills.
* Knowledge of maintenance systems (EAM), inventory, and warehouse management.
* Technical English (B2 level, spoken and written).
* Knowledge of quality and safety standards (IATF).
* Experience in SMT, ICT, or BackEnd processes (a plus).
