Key Responsibilities
**Program / Project Management and Coordination**: Oversee the entire HRIS design, implementation and rollout process, ensuring that all project phases are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing program plans, project plans, timelines, and resources in a matrix organisation effectively;
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, local teams and other departments to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates;
**System Configuration and Testing**: Lead the configuration of the HRIS to meet the specific needs of the organisation. Oversee testing phases to ensure the system functions correctly and meets all business requirements;
**Change Management and Training**: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system. Organise training sessions for end-users to maximise system utilisation;
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: At least 7-9 years of experience in programme / project management, particularly in organising design and rollout / migration of HRIS or similar systems
across multiple regions in cross-functional, matrix-organised teams;
**HRIS Implementation Experience**: Direct experience with multiple HRIS systems such as Workday or similar platforms, as well as SaaS mid-market HRIS solutions. This includes hands-on experience in system architecture, contractual design, HR process design, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment;
**System Integration**: Knowledge of system integration techniques and experience with APIs and middleware to connect HRIS with other enterprise systems, such as IAM solutions, SAP as well as Payroll service providers.
