The ideal candidate will lead time- related functional work s tream s, provide expert-level guidance to client s, and deliver high‑quality s olution s aligned with HR and Payroll proce s s e s. Thi s role require s s trong analytical s kill s, the ability to work clo s ely with global team s ( particularly in Europe ), and proven experience delivering AM S and project s ervice s in complex environment s. Key Re s pon s ibilitie s Lead the analy s i s, de s ign, configuration, and implementation of S AP Time Management (PT) s olution s, including s chema s, rule s, and work s chedule s. Provide expert s upport for Time Evaluation, Ab s ence / Attendance Management, S hift Planning, and Interface s with Payroll. Conduct requirement-gathering work s hop s with global s takeholder s and convert bu s ine s s need s into functional s pecification s. Perform enhancement s, te s ting ( unit, regre s s ion, integration ), and documentation according to S trada' s delivery s tandard s. Trouble s hoot complex time evaluation i s s ue s and propo s e optimized s olution s. Collaborate with cro s s -functional team s acro s s S AP HCM, S ucce s s Factor s, and Payroll. S upport AM S operation s by handling incident s, s ervice reque s t s, and minor enhancement s with S LA compliance. Train u s er s and junior con s ultant s ; provide guidance on be s t practice s and proce s s improvement s. En s ure alignment with S trada’ s governance model, delivery framework, and quality methodologie s. Qualification s Bachelor’ s degree in Computer S cience, Engineering, HR Information S y s tem s, or related field. Demonstrable experience in S AP Time Management con s ulting. S trong experti s e in: Time Evaluation s chema s and PCR s Ab s ence / Attendance configuration Work s chedule s, public holiday s, and time quota s Integration s with Payroll ( S AP HCM or EC Payroll ) Experience working in international /multicultural delivery team s. S trong problem- s olving, communication, and s takeholder‑management s kill s. Ability to work independently with minimal s upervi s ion. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualification s Experience with S ucce s s Factor s Employee Central Time Off or Workforce S oftware i s an advantage. Knowledge of AM S delivery model s (ITIL, incident lifecycle management ). S AP certification in HCM Time Management i s a plu s.
