This role focuses on business development, account management, product positioning, and relationship building with travel agents and partners.The ideal candidate brings strong local travel trade knowledge, outbound destination sales experience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in a competitive travel market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow the B2B travel agent network across SpainBuild brand presence and product positioning in the local travel tradeGenerate new business opportunities, partnerships, and affiliationsProvide client support and product training to existing partnersDrive new sales leads and manage the full sales lifecycleSell travel-related services to travel agencies and partnersFollow up on quotes, inquiries, and active leads with agentsMaintain strong relationships with existing clients while onboarding new onesCoordinate with operations teams for pre-sales and booking supportMust-Have RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in the Travel Industry (B2B)Strong experience in Business Development & Account ManagementProven background in outbound destination salesExcellent command of English and Spanish (read & speak)Strong knowledge of the local Spanish travel tradeExperience working with travel agents and/or airlinesBasic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet toolsValid driving licenseDemonstrated job stability (minimum 2 years in an organization)Nice to HaveIATA certificationExperience working with global B2B travel platformsNetwork of active travel agents across SpainWork & Hiring DetailsWork Mode: RemoteJoining Time / Notice Period: Up to 30 daysTarget Backgrounds: B2B travel agencies, outbound tour operatorsInterview Process: As per business requirement
