Regional Sales Manager Medical Fitness
As a sales manager at seca Medical Fitness you are part of the seca Iberia Team. You will spread the message in your sales territory that fitness and medicine complement each other and that the seca TRU is the perfect solution for any health and wellness facility to offer their members medical grade body composition parameters measured with the seca TRU. What sets us apart from the competition is that, as a MedTech company, we have long standing medical expertise that, with the help of the seca TRU, is made available to gyms and to ultimately help exercisers train more effectively and live healthier lives. That's why we need you, because you know what moves the world of exercise and what language gym managers speak. Consultancy, demonstration and sales of our high-end medical devices for measuring body composition (bioimpedance)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key accounts and relevant Key-Opinion-Leaders to support sales, market development and service efforts
Act as the main technical, application and sale point of contact for clients and partners in the Iberia region.
Driving social media channels (Instagram) as well as online enquiries
Build and maintain a network of buyers, KOL and industry influencers in the region
Successful acquisition of new customers in the fitness, and wellness sector
Work closely together with our distribution partners and plan, direct and monitor the joint activities to achieve established sales targets
Develop new distribution channels and programs to meet the organization's sales plans and increase market share
You are brimming with motivation and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales in the fitness industry.
Solid industry knowledge in the fitness, health and wellness industry is highly preferred
High ability to build and maintain a healthy sales funnel through direct and indirect leads
Willing to travel up to 70% of your time in the sales territory
Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
