Europcar Mobility Group is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Spain to manage a full spectrum of HR activities, including recruiting, employee relations, HR analytics, workforce planning, and talent management. The role requires partnering with managers and employees to support strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Labor Relations: Assist the business in resolving legal and labor issues, address labor concerns, and build strong relationships with employees, managers, and employee representatives.
- Workforce and Budget Planning: Monitor personnel budgets, track cost evolution, and communicate compensation, benefits, and incentive plans consistently in-country.
- Talent and Culture: Coach key business customers on talent management and performance differentiation, build trusting relationships, and develop recruitment processes aligned with local business priorities.
- Recruitment: Coordinate and participate in selection processes for diverse positions across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 3 years of progressive HR experience (experience in retail or hospitality sectors is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders positively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Result‑oriented, high productivity, strong desire for success, bias for action, and sense of urgency.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to travel when needed.
- Digital literacy and familiarity with Workday or other HRIS systems is appreciated.
