Are you fascinated by the world of premium real estate and want to become part of a highly successful team? To support our team at the Palma Center office in Mallorca, we are looking for a dedicated Team Assistant and Office Manager. Engel & Völkers is a world‑leading service company specializing in the brokerage of high‑quality residential and commercial real estate, yachts, and aircraft in the premium segment. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while supporting the entire team. Your main tasks will include professional office management, which covers reception duties, customer care, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining our database. Additionally, you will support the management and the team in their day‑to‑day business, assist with business meetings and events, and provide valuable support to our accounting and HR departments.

Qualifications
To fit into our team, you should ideally have a commercial training background and professional experience in a comparable position. Excellent German and English skills are required, along with a good command of Spanish. You are highly proficient in MS Office, have excellent manners, a confident and friendly demeanor, and a strong service orientation. Your high level of commitment, team spirit, outstanding communication and organizational skills, and structured way of working set you apart. You also bring a hands‑on mentality and keep a cool head even during busy periods.

Required Qualifications

Languages: German, English, Spanish

Commercial training (Kaufmännische Ausbildung)

Experience in a comparable position (Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position)

Proficient with MS Office (Versierter Umgang mit MS‑Office)

Good manners (Gute Umgangsformen)

Confident, friendly presence (Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten)

Strong service orientation (Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung)

Engagement and team orientation (Engagement und Teamorientierung)
