Job Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the overall operation and management of the local warehousing and transportation process, coordinate the links of goods receipt, storage, distribution, etc., to ensure the efficient and smooth logistics process.
* Coordinate local logistics resources, connect with warehousing and transportation suppliers, monitor the progress of logistics execution, timely handle abnormal problems in the logistics process, and ensure the safe and on-time delivery of goods.
* Be responsible for the statistics and analysis of logistics data, track core logistics indicators, optimize local logistics processes, reduce logistics costs, and improve delivery timeliness.
* Communicate and connect with relevant partners (local suppliers, customers) in Spanish, transmit logistics information, coordinate needs, and ensure smooth cooperation.
* Cooperate in the implementation of logistics-related systems, sort out logistics-related accounts, and complete other logistics management work assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
* Experience: 3 years or more of work experience in warehousing, transportation or related logistics fields, familiar with local logistics market rules and resource distribution.
* Language: Proficiency in Chinese and Spanish, with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to independently complete Spanish communication and document processing.
* Ability: Possess strong logistics coordination and problem-solving skills, be familiar with logistics operation processes and customs clearance procedures, be proficient in using office software; experience in logistics in the 3C industry and customs clearance experience are preferred.
* Quality: Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.
