**Associate Director, Operations Planning & Analysis**:

**Summary**:
Leads the Plasma Operations budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.

**Primary Responsibility**:

- ** Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Process**:

- Leads Plasma Operations forecasting process including the annual budget and all interim forecasting activities.
- Issues monthly and quarterly reports to all cost center managers comparing actual performance to the company’s forecast.
- Works with Operations on reforecasting Center Plasma volumes.
- ** Operations Analysis and Reporting**:

- Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
- Develop and execute data analysis strategies to identify patterns and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage and develop a team of data analysts and planners, providing continuous guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans.
- Oversee the creation of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead and maintain PowerBI as the main reporting and analysis tool.
- ** Advanced Analysis and Strategic Projects**:

- Managing new center capital planning and analysis.
- Conduct feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate potential solutions to business needs.
- Lead various financial analyses related to capital investments, strategic projects, and resource allocation.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify errors, and prepare reports.
- Ability to manage tactical implementation plans with attention to detail.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Finance or Business-related experience, including experience managing a staff. Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements.

**Occupational Demands**:
Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations, travels within the United States, and may involve occasional international travel.

This position is eligible to participate in up to 15% of the company bonus pool. We offer a wide variety of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 9 paid Holidays per year, up to 5% 401(K) match, and tuition reimbursement. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on education, experience, skillset, knowledge, where the role is performed, internal equity, and market data.
