Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and execute global category strategies for rotating equipment, including compressors, centrifuges, and pumps, with a spend of around 70M. You will collaborate with procurement leaders, technology teams and supply-chain partners to drive supplier development, negotiate contracts and deliver savings. The role balances global standardisation with regional needs to build resilient, cost-effective supply chains. You will shape the supplier panel and contracting strategies, while providing insights on market trends and category performance to stakeholders.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and implement global category roadmaps aligned with business priorities across all managed spend areas
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier panels for compressors, centrifuges and pumps
- Lead supplier negotiations and define contracting strategies for favorable terms
- Drive annual savings, efficiency improvements, sustainability initiatives and cash flow enhancements
- Implement sole, single and dual source strategies to mitigate supply chain risks
- Develop and execute best cost country strategies to optimise landed cost
- Lead supplier relationship management processes with periodic business reviews
- Facilitate alignment on category strategy across business units and publish strategy handbooksResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in category management, supplier management, purchasing, production control, engineering or project management
- Experience in procurement of rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, blowers or centrifuges)
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of favorable contracts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
