You are passionate about delivering excellent service and building meaningful relationships with customers. You understand that growth comes from trust, follow-up, and commercial consistency.
Commercial Growth Skills:
You know how to grow existing customers, ask the right commercial questions, spot opportunities, and move accounts forward.
Tech-Savvy:
You should be comfortable using CRM tools, Google Suite, Google Meet, and phone systems. You’re quick to learn new software, can troubleshoot basic tech issues, and adapt to new digital tools easily.
Strong Communicator:
You are a strong communicator with excellent command of German and good English.
Self-Motivated:
You have worked and thrived in a remote environment, managing your own time and staying organized.
Reliability and Accountability:
You take ownership of your accounts, follow through on commitments, and work in a structured, commercial way.

Competitive Monthly Contractor Compensation:
This amount already includes the additional compensation for working as an independent contractor.
