We want you on our teamMain Responsibilities- Analyze and improve testing methods for airbag components and plastic parts, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.- Manage the availability of resources, equipment, and materials for laboratory tests.- Review and validate test reports, airbag matrices, and technical documentation within established deadlines.- Coordinate calibration and verification of laboratory equipment, and ensure maintenance plans are followed.- Participate in customer and system audits, supporting the preparation of procedures and instructions.- Analyze customer specifications, identify risks, and propose technical solutions.- Provide technical support to production teams and airbag technicians.- Collaborate with design, ergonomics, and interior engineering teams to optimize the integration of restraint systems and plastic parts in the vehicle.- Manage and validate Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of components.- Prepare monthly invoicing and support quality documentation management.Requirements- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Science, or similar.- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in the development and validation of airbag systems and aesthetic plastic parts for the automotive industry.- Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and their application in vehicle interiors.- Experience in laboratory testing management, result analysis, and preparation of technical reports.- Ability to coordinate audits and manage quality documentation.- Familiarity with safety regulations, homologation, and quality systems in the automotive sector.- High level of English (other languages are a plus).- Analytical skills, results-oriented, and ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.Valued Skills- Experience with APQP, DVP&R, DFMEA, DRBFM, and Tier 1 supplier management.- Knowledge of CAD tools and tolerance analysis.- Experience in international projects and direct interaction with OEM clients.- Familiarity with HSE and 5S standards.What We Offer:
