Strategically located next to Stellantis´ plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for a Blue Collar Training Technician, who will collaborate in the design of learning programs to develop operators’ competencies and support the organization's strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Coordinate the operators training and certifications.
Support in the implementation of the production training system.
Organize and complete the certification process for operators in the production department
Support in the operator’s promotion processes.
Your profile and qualifications:
Intermediate level Vocational training.
High level of English and Spanish.
Knowledge of Chinese culture and language would be highly valued.
At least 1 year of experience in a Training Department.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and active communication.
Required on-site working availability at our offices based in Zaragoza.
