Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's performance management system (KPI / target-based evaluation).
Coordinate and monitor performance evaluation processes for sales teams and operational staff.
Collect, analyze, and report performance data on a regular basis.
Assist in aligning departmental targets with overall business objectives.
Facilitate performance review meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Support incentive scheme execution and commission structure tracking.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations in performance-related processes.
Provide HR support in organizational optimization and talent development initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in performance management.
Experience in commercial or sales-driven environments (automotive industry is a plus).
Solid understanding of Spanish labor law.
l Fluency in both Chinese and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
