We are hiring tech-savvy professionals already based in Spain for full-remote technical customer support roles, specializing in cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions. This is a great opportunity to join an international team under a permanent Spanish contract.
Position Details
* Language requirements: Fluent in one of Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian or Spanish plus English C1-C2
* Contract type: Permanent (contrato indefinido)
* Work model: 100% remote (you must already reside in Spain)
* Field: Technical Customer Support cloud services, SaaS, digital tools, and similar
* Schedule: Monday to Friday (no night shifts)
* Training: Fully paid
Your Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloud-based tools and platforms
* Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions via chat, email or phone
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams for escalations and improvements
* Create and improve internal documentation and client-facing FAQs
