Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist or Manager, located in the Greater Marbella Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and partnering with leadership on strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
* Experience in HR Management and implementing effective HR strategies to support organizational objectives
* Knowledge of HR Policies, regulatory compliance, and adherence to local employment laws
* Skills in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to manage and communicate benefit programs effectively
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team members and leadership
* Familiarity with modern HR tools and technologies is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Certification in HR (e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
