Our Southern Europe & Latin America (SELA) region is seeking a Head of Spain to lead and develop our Swiss‑based teams serving Spanish clients.

YOUR ROLE
Lead and develop the Spain teams based in Geneva and Zurich, ensuring strong performance and engagement within the bank’s strategy.
Define and execute a strategic business plan, including commercial initiatives, market positioning, and revenue growth.
Coach and develop Private Bankers while attracting and retaining top talent.
Drive business performance, including team and individual KPIs, revenue growth, and Net New Money generation.
Ensure excellence in risk management and compliance, maintaining the highest standards.
Act as a member of the SELA Executive Committee, contributing to broader regional strategy and decision‑making.
Strengthen market intelligence on Spain and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Design and coordinate tailored offerings and initiatives for Spanish clients across locations and regional markets.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience within the banking industry.
Proven leadership capabilities, with potential for wider scope and evolution.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing client relationships and revenues.
Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership, accountability and entrepreneurship.
Ability to attract, recruit and develop talented and skilled professionals.
Strategic thinker with the capacity to operate both hands‑on and at a broader leadership level.
Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English, French and other relevant languages an asset.
