00 PMService Overview:
The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility into market campaign and customer journey plans, ensuring seamless execution, and collaborating with stakeholders, project owners, and other delivery managers to provide updates and ensure service quality.The role requires acting as a digital marketing subject matter expert, advising stakeholders, and connecting market plans with delivery teams to optimize campaign execution.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with market teams and the HP Services Delivery Unit to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client expectations.Maintain communication with Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other teams through regular updates.Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.Understand market needs and leverage other Delivery Unit services when appropriate.Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining strong relationships with internal service providers.Facilitate project progress by connecting internal customers with relevant DU teams for consultancy.Maintain regular communication within the Campaign Automation team and collaborate with other DU teams to improve processes.Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical field with business acumen.Experience in project management, client/account management, or as a digital marketing consultant.Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.Proficiency in integrating business and technical topics, interpreting requirements, and developing solutions.Strong client management skills and ability to handle incidents professionally.Experience in Patient Engagement or B2C marketing is preferred.Familiarity with email, SMS channels, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.Experience with Paid Media is advantageous.Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and interface with global clients.Strong time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple fast-paced projects.What We Offer:
