About The Role
The role is remote with options for hybrid work arrangements.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns.
* Refining and optimizing SDR processes for inbound and event leads.
* Collaborating with the global sales team to ensure high‑quality leads become opportunities.
* Working with marketing to create effective feedback loops on inbound leads.
* Building knowledge of client operations and the challenges Clarity AI solves.
What You’ll Need
* 2+ years of experience in the finance industry or selling into finance for a SaaS company.
* Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Pardot, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator.
* Availability for a part‑time 20 hours per week role.
* Confidence collaborating with senior stakeholders (internal and external).
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Dynamic self‑starter with high energy, stamina, and initiative.
* Decision‑making capability under information constraints.
* Passion for sustainability and impact; highly motivated and independent.
* Excellent oral and written communication in English and German (minimum C1).
* Experience in a start‑up environment.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Investment Management, or Sustainable Finance.
