We are looking for someone flexible, intellectually curious,and comfortable operating across strategy and execution. Someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and learning fast. /ppSomeone who is not afraid to step outside their comfort zone to make things happen. /ppThis role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to the full marketing spectrum in a high- impact B2B technology environment. /ppbr/ppbYou should bring: /b /pulli5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or product marketing roles. /liliStrong experience managing company presence at industry events (sponsorships, speaking slots, booths, executive positioning). /liliProven experience organizing proprietary events (physical events, roundtables, webinars) end-to-end. /liliDemonstrated ability to translate complex technological solutions into compelling positioning and messaging. /liliExperience working closely with product and business development teams /liliHands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. /liliStrong analytical mindset, with experience tracking funnel performance and campaign effectiveness. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /li /ulpbr/ppbMandatory: /b /pulliExperience in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems. /liliCurrent location in Spain with EU working permit. /li /ulpbr/ppbHighly valued: /b /pulliExperience in financial services, capital markets, or asset management industries. /liliExposure to institutional sales cycles. /li /ulpbr/ppWe are looking for a true builder, strategic but deeply execution-oriented, comfortable moving between high-level positioning and tactical delivery, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership across multiple dimensions of marketing. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pullibEcosystem Mastery Strategic Foundations /b /li /ululliDevelop a deep understanding of our products, the broader tokenization ecosystem, and the competitive landscape. /liliDefine and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to guide marketing focus. /liliShape and evolve clear positioning and differentiation strategies. /liliTranslate product capabilities into compelling narratives tailored to institutional audiences. /li /ulullibEvent Strategy Execution /b /li /ululliOwn the full lifecycle of company participation in industry events: strategy, objectives, messaging, logistics coordination, executive preparation, and follow-up. /liliMaximize sponsorship activations and visibility opportunities. /liliCoordinate executive speaking opportunities and industry presence. /liliDesign and execute proprietary events (roundtables, webinars, industry sessions) from concept to delivery. /liliEnsure events contribute meaningfully to engagement and pipeline development. /li /ulullibGrowth Go-to-Market Initiatives /b /li /ululliDesign and execute targeted marketing initiatives aligned with defined ICPs. /liliSupport product launches and feature announcements. /liliIdentify new verticals and market opportunities. /liliMonitor key performance metrics and optimize initiatives accordingly. /li /ulullibSales Business Development Enablement /b /li /ululliWork closely with the Business Development team to ensure they have the necessary materials, presentations, and messaging frameworks. /liliAlign marketing initiatives with commercial priorities. /liliSupport account-based initiatives where relevant. /liliEnsure consistency and coherence between marketing narratives and sales conversations. /li /ulullibContent Thought Leadership /b /li /ululliContribute to shaping the company’s thought leadership strategy. /liliCoordinate and produce high-quality marketing materials. /liliEnsure consistency of voice and positioning across website, events, and digital channels. /liliSupport executive visibility initiatives in key industry forums. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat Success Looks Like /b /pulliClear and differentiated positioning within the tokenization and digital asset ecosystem /liliWell-defined ICPs driving focused and effective marketing initiatives /liliStrong and professional presence at key industry events /liliProprietary events generating meaningful engagement /liliTight alignment between marketing and business development /liliMeasurable contribution to qualified pipeline growth /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
