Flight Line A400M Production Delivery Manager opportunity within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).
Responsibilities
- Production engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker adherence in Flight Line.
- Provide guidance to foremen to balance resources according to needs per production shift; strengthen information transmission between production shifts for proper work continuity in the workshop.
- Unblock production issues to accomplish the daily plan; lead the daily industrial meeting as aircraft planning responsible.
- Act as station focal point for daily activities with ME (system and process), quality, crew, production control and other involved functions.
- Time-Keeper with foreman and overall short-term planning coordinator of the station.
- Prepare daily tasks and planning of works (people, tools, job cards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job).
- Support continuous improvement and Operational Excellence in the area; monitor relevant KPIs, address deviations from targets and identify major industrial risks.
- Contribute to the definition of the industrial plan and implement corrective actions when required; support foreman, HO of Station and HO of FL/DC.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics and changing environment; problem solving.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge of A400M architecture and related IT tools for manufacturing processes (SAP, SIPLA, TLB, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valuable / Nice to have: experience in managing teams and risk management.
