**Company Overview****Role overview**:Working as a key member of the purchasing department, as a Purchasing Support, you will be responsible for supporting activities within the advanced team to ensure the achievement of the saving target, as well as developing and implementing strategies for supplier management.Working within the Advanced team and reporting directly to the Advanced Purchasing Manager, this position will be based in Valls, Tarragona.**Main Responsibilities**:- Manage/Load/Extract data from different systems - SRM (AS400), SAP, Office, SEM (Technical Data Base)- Support the different Commodities in RFQ’s and quoting components in SRM- Perform Capacity Checks- Manage PH (Homologation Parts)- Maintain system data, Blanket Orders, Price Variation Reports- Participate in task forces to support fulfilling key enquiries- Create and maintain Excel templates for daily work, combining inputs from different data base and to automate task**Key skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree - Business, Economics, Supply Chain or Engineering Degree- Fluent English skills.- Good communication skills in cross functional teams- Analytical Skills- Team player- Advance Excel user, VBA programing is a must- User of Microsoft Power Package (BI, Query, Apps,)- Great organizational skills- Previous experience in automotive industry might be a plus
