We are seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Hogarth Worldwide. You will manage cross-channel communications for a portfolio of brands, playing a key role in the success of our international clients. Responsibilities
* Act as an Account/Brand/QC guardian, demonstrating a clear understanding of the brand.
* Understand client business needs to offer appropriate solutions.
* Handle all aspects of local market client campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
* Monitor workflows, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations.
* Manage campaign timelines and annual forecasts.
* Update timelines and set realistic expectations with clients.
* Control budgets and scope of work.
* Assist with financial reporting and ensure smooth financial operations.
* Serve as the day-to-day contact for stakeholders and internal departments.
* Coordinate between project management, transcreation, clients, and agencies.
* Manage end-to-end AV, print, and digital adaptation processes, liaising with internal teams and external bodies.
* Manage workload effectively and escalate support needs.
* Support and train team members, leading proactively to optimize performance.
* Follow workflows and utilize project management tools.
* Ensure quality control of all materials before client submission.
* Identify and escalate quality issues.
* Prepare information for client reports and presentations.
Requirements
* Strong social skills and negotiation abilities.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in TV, print, or digital production.
* Experience in adaptations, transcreation, and localization.
* Understanding of creative processes; creative experience is a plus.
* Excellent project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
* Fluent/native English, both spoken and written.
* Understanding of international branding challenges and experience working on global accounts with multiple markets.
