Contract Type: Daily Rate Contract (Pre-Relocation)
Salary Expectations:
3 years Experience - R4500 per day
4-5 years Experience - R5700 to R6800 per day(dependant on experience)
6+ years Experience - R7000 + per day
Job Overview We're seeking a JIRA/Confluence specialist with deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem to support financial and tech teams. This is a unique relocation opportunity for South African professionals to join a forward-thinking organisation in Spain while starting remotely.
Responsibilities Configure, optimise, and maintain JIRA and Confluence environments
Support cross-functional teams in using Atlassian tools effectively
Automate workflows, create dashboards, and develop templates
Provide user training and troubleshooting
Integrate advanced plugins, tools, and AI solutions
Proven expertise in JIRA and Confluence administration
Hands-on experience across the broader Atlassian suite
Familiarity with ROVO and AI agents (a plus)
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
Reliable laptop and internet connection
Strong verbal and written English proficiency
