Join Pall Corporation as an EHS Specialist to drive environmental, health and safety compliance at our Madrid site. You will shape and maintain site EHS programs, ensure regulatory alignment, and lead risk assessments and training that support a zero-harm culture. You’ll collaborate with operations and external partners to extract continuous improvement insights under the Danaher system. This role offers meaningful impact across a global leader applying science to life.

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs compliant with federal, state, local environmental regulations and internal Danaher/Enhesa/Sphera requirements
• Perform 4E Hazard Control risk assessments, industrial hygiene sampling, inspections, and recordkeeping to maintain compliance
• Coordinate EHS training and manage a learning management system to ensure associates are skilled in safe work practices
• Investigate injuries/near-misses and conduct root cause analysis, implementing corrective/preventative actions and sustainability reporting
• Maintain site safety and environmental programs and support regulatory inspections and the site Environmental Management System
• Assist in coordinating community engagement and DBS-driven continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to ongoing compliance oversight and internal auditing across the facility
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of EHS experience
• Knowledge xpzdshu of Federal, State, Local environmental and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate and train staff on safe practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the EU and potential 1–2 weeks in the United States
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Passport valid for travel
