As our Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for designing and executing experiments that drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth .
You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, identifying scalable growth opportunities and continuously optimizing our acquisition and conversion funnels.
Design and execute growth experiments across marketing and product
Continuously test new hypotheses through A/B testing and rapid experimentation
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns
Data & Analytics
Track performance across acquisition channels
Use data to prioritize experiments and guide strategic decisions
Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams
Contribute ideas that improve the overall user experience and growth engine
3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth hacking
~ Strong data-driven mindset
~ Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar)
~ Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
~ Strong communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)
Knowledge of SEO and content growth strategies
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
Work on a global SaaS product used by businesses worldwide
