Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance 24/7/365 to our handling providers to resolve and manage various situations, such as remote supervision of all network stations.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist ground agents in managing commercial requirements, such as adding products on demand by customers at the airport.
* Resolve doubts related to specific bookings, e.g., RESI or FRAUD.
* Respond to inquiries, complaints, and troubleshoot issues affecting customers at the airport.
* Provide information regarding commercial products, system transactions, and ground operations policies and procedures.
* Ensure all procedures are implemented according to Vueling standards.
* Support the Ground Operations team in various matters, such as quality events, DCS support, or airport management.
* Supervise operations and follow instructions from customer responses, acting as a link between airport and OCC in case of discrepancies.
* Follow up on special requests related to lost luggage, cooperating with airports to locate and deliver bags.
* Inform airports about bags left on ground and track bag delivery, authorizing special deliveries as needed.
* Coordinate with social media and communication departments for specific information requests.
* Manage special authorizations like DDGG requirements, HUM, etc.
* Support internal departments as required, including matters related to Ground Operations DCS, such as creating training users, resetting passwords, monitoring system failures, etc.
* Complete call notes and reports, updating them in the system.
