Role Overview
As a School Trip Monitor, you will support teachers in overseeing students during educational and recreational trips. You will help ensure the safety, engagement, and enjoyment of all participants while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Accompany and supervise groups of students on trips and activities.
* Assist teachers in maintaining discipline and safety protocols.
* Engage students in activities, ensuring their active participation and well-being.
* Respond to any emergencies or incidents following established procedures.
* Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and service providers during trips.
Requirements
* Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a plus.
* Prior experience as a Leisure Activity Monitor, Sports Coach, Educator, or similar role is preferred.
* Valid Certificate of Sexual Offenses Clearance (mandatory).
* Availability to work during school trips, which may include overnight stays and weekends.
* Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
* Basic first-aid training is a plus.
