Maximize the current and future business of one of the most important Almirall OTC categories.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the marketing plan for the assigned category, implementing the short & long term strategy
* Build a strong brand team to get the best collaboration with medical and sales
* Motivate and support the sales force, getting most relevant feedback from market & answer the most relevant needs
* Consumer market research & trends
* Monitoring market trends
* Identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and uses&attitudes.
* Competitor and customer insights analysis.
* Create New product concepts and innovative ways to communicate with target consumers
* Continuously evaluate relevant launches in the market and identify new opportunities
* Product Innovation
* Stablish 5 year view regarding brand life cycle according to consumer insights & market needs
* New product or innovative POS materials to communicate with the target consumer. • Developing new and existing products, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs.
* Above the line communication
* Coordinate with TV agency the best strategy for brand communication in mass media
* Develop the digital marketing plan. Coordinate promo campaigns, content, digital engagement campaign, email campaigns, website management, KPIs analysis, etc
* KOL: Collaborate with sales and medical to build and maintain a strong Key Opinion Leader network with Pharmacist and other relevant stakeholders
* Finance: manage the brand A&P budget & analysis of marketing budget, relevant financials and reporting on product sales
* Responsible for brand forecasting and demand planning ensuring full availability of products
Education
• Bachelor
• Master’s degree.

Experience
• Minimum of 6-7 years working experience as a Senior Product/Brand manager ideally in OTC Pharma market • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing a brand strategy as detailed in task & responsabilities
