B2B RECURSOS HUMANOS is selecting an HEAD OF OPERATIONS for a well-established company in the tourism sector, dedicated to vacation apartment rentals in the province of Málaga.
The Head Of Operations And Decoration will develop and execute the company's strategies related to property management of the company's assets, leading team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and implementing and continually improving policies, procedures, and practices that enable P / L overall, as well as each property, to meet and exceed budgeted financial targets and achieve operational performance and people objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establishing and executing the company's strategies and practices related to property management operations, meeting and exceeding financial goals, and achieving operational performance and people objectives.
2. Ownership of company P / L, developing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial statements, and working with the team to address and resolve financial gaps.
3. Providing supportive and inspiring leadership through interviewing, hiring, training team members, and managing performance in accordance with company policies, values, and practices.
4. Managing operations with a focus on cost optimization, lean processes, efficiency, and productivity to achieve operational excellence.
5. Onboarding new assets and planning key account management, maintaining productive cross-functional collaboration to meet project deliverables.
6. Staying ahead of industry technology trends and supporting strategy development and implementation.
7. Leading best practices in legal and administrative matters.
8. Analyzing market data to influence inventory performance and developing sales and marketing plans to drive KPIs such as ADR, occupancy, and revenue.
9. Defining procurement requirements and establishing relationships for supplies, equipment, and services.
10. Striving for excellence in guest experience and contributing to building a 5-star brand by exceeding customer expectations.
11. Ensuring properties meet established standards through routine quality and safety inspections and communicating needs for maintenance or capital improvements.
OFFER:
1. Permanent employment contract.
2. Full-time position.
3. Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (rotating based on needs).
4. Salary: €30,000 - €45,000 + variable (to be determined).

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree in Business Administration and/or Hotel Management, with an MBA preferred.
2. Proficiency in business software such as CRM, high-level Excel, and BI analytic tools.
3. Understanding of Spanish legislation related to property and building management or relevant qualification.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Leadership experience in managing multi-site operations, ideally in leisure, retail, hospitality, or property sectors.
2. Experience launching new assets, products, or services to operational performance.
3. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethics, and a service excellence culture.
