This role plays a key part in defining the perceived quality of the vehicle, focusing on the tactile feedback and mechanical behavior of interior controls and user interfaces.

Main responsibilities
\n
- Manage and operate a Haptics Laboratory, focusing on interior controls (switchgear) and actuators
- Define and analyze actuation forces, travel, and tactile feedback of interior components
- Ensure feasibility for mass production through application and industrial engineering
- Collaborate closely with design teams to develop components aligned with high-end ergonomic and tactile standards
- Validate compliance with automotive interior engineering requirements
- Support testing, measurement, and validation activities in a lab environment
Requirements\n
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience in automotive interior development, especially in Haptics & Switchgear (buttons, knobs, physical controls) xugodme
- Strong knowledge of CATIA V5
- Experience working in a laboratory/testing environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English (German is a plus)
