What will your responsibilities be?
* Define the Marketing strategy in line with the company's overall strategy, both online and offline, and manage the necessary tools to efficiently reach customers.
* Establish action plans and protocols, coordinating and supervising promotional materials, as well as the organization of events and trade fairs.
* Analyze the product and brand status and reputation through the monitoring of metrics and key performance indicators.
* Analyze competitors, specific markets, and the impact of actions for entry into each segment/channel (specialized / distributor) and country.
* Prepare periodic performance reports to be presented to Management.
* Collaborate with the Sales and Management teams in the development of specific materials, training sessions, events, etc., to support and drive sales.
* Manage internal communications.
* Maintain direct communication with other subsidiaries to develop action plans that are relevant to the company.
What requirements do you need to meet?
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing roles, ideally within companies in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
* Knowledge of the development and execution of marketing plans.
* Management of communication projects in collaboration with advertising agencies and communication consultancies.
Management of Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns.
* Knowledge of online and offline media within the interior design, architecture, and interior decoration sectors will be considered a plus.
* Proficient use of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Advanced level of Google Analytics.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Education in Marketing, preferably a university degree.
* Strong autonomy and proactivity skills are essential.
* Residence in the Vallès area is mandatory.
* Availability to work on-site in Castellar del Vallès.
* Native Spanish and Catalan (not excluding), with English level B2–C1.
